Unsubscribing from CoolTracker

We understand that plans change. You are free to cancel your CoolTracker subscription at any time—no conditions, no questions asked.

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

Option 1: Log in to your account, navigate to the Billing section (top-right corner), and click on the “Cancel Subscription” button.

Option 2: If you're unable to find the cancel option, please click here to initiate the cancellation process manually.

Once your cancellation is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for our confirmation.


Refunds

We offer refunds under certain conditions as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

You cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle.

No services were used during that billing period.

If any portion of the service has been accessed or utilized during the billing period, refunds will not be granted, in accordance with our usage-based policy and applicable laws.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of your transaction date. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, and the actual amount refunded will reflect the price paid at the time of the transaction.

For credit/debit card transactions, the refund will typically appear on your bank statement within 7–10 business days after approval. If you have not received the refund within that timeframe, we recommend contacting your card issuer directly for an update.


Missing or Delayed Refunds

If your refund appears to be delayed or hasn’t shown up:

1. Double-check your bank or card statement.

2. Allow 7–10 business days for processing after receiving the confirmation.

3. If the refund still hasn’t appeared, please contact your bank or card provider.
