Use of CoolTracker’s services is subject to payment of applicable subscription fees. Before purchasing a plan, users will be provided with pricing and service terms.
If a payment method lacks sufficient funds, your account may be suspended or canceled.
8. Subscriptions & Cancellations
When you subscribe, you may receive a discounted rate during a 24-hour or 1-week trial. CoolTracker’s geolocation tools are part of a paid subscription service. If you do not cancel during the trial, your plan will automatically renew, and charges will be applied weekly or monthly, depending on your selection.
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Two cancellation options:
1. Via Dashboard: Log into your account, go to “My Plans” → “Billing Page” to manage your subscription.
2. Via Footer Button: Scroll to the bottom of our homepage and click “Unsubscribe & Refund.” Follow the prompts and provide your registration email to confirm cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent.

9. Notice and Takedown
If we detect unlawful use, violations of third-party rights, or harmful content, we reserve the right to immediately restrict access or remove offending materials. CoolTracker may also take legal action when necessary. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions or data removal.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoolTracker is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our platform, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to:

● Network failures
● Government restrictions
● Cyberattacks or hacking
● Acts of war or terrorism
● Third-party software failures
In such cases, CoolTracker is exempt from fulfilling its contractual duties.
